Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Goods will always be shipped by a reputable carrier. We will endeavour to send out orders by the next day and all postage costs are inclusive of charges for orders over £40 (except Ireland). Orders below £40 are subject to a £10 shipping charge to mainland UK and all shipping to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is £18. Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but can be subject to delays out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible.
- In the case of non-delivery or missing parcels, normal channels will be pursued before replacement or compensation is allowed.
- Deliveries must be checked by customers before signing receipt from carrier. The company will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for with no reference to condition delivered in.
- Any damages or shortages must be notified in writing within 1 day of receipt.
- Signed proof of carrier is required where the complete parcel is damaged or there are shortages of items evident on delivery.
- Where goods are lost, damaged or distorted after delivery, and the ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify us against this loss provided it has not resulted from our negligence.
Returns
If you need to return all or part of your order for size or item exchange, you must fulfil the following criteria:
- No return goods will be accepted unless previously agreed with WKC Martial Arts Supplies. We will give you a Returns Number (RN) which you must quote on all goods we agree can be returned. With the returned goods, you must also quote our invoice number.
- Refunds and exchanges can only be made for goods that are returned in the original packaging, unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Any products which we deem to have been abused or misused will NOT be refunded. Nor will incorrect ordering by the customer - WKC Martial Arts Supplies can take no responsibility for goods incorrectly ordered. If you are unsure of your size, please check our Size Guide prior to ordering. Goods are not available for inspection or on approval basis.
- Unless refunds are due to faulty merchandise or an error on our part, they will be liable for an administration charge of 10% of the total invoice price to cover restocking and administration at our offices.
Please return goods to WKC Martial Arts Supplies, WKC House, Thompsons Yard, Wakefield, WF1 2TP. Return Carriage charges are the responsibility of the sender.
